1. IT Professional – Level 1

These skills are similar to that of a Business Analyst

Scope of Services:

• Responsible for project planning, developing the functional requirements specification and transitionto development to ensure delivery of solutions that meet the needs of our internal and externalclients.
• Expected to facilitate robust discussions that elicit the details necessary to properly prepare thefunctional specification and identify areas for automation improvement.
• Requires strong analytical skills, well-developed writing skills, a team-oriented approach, and theability to communicate effectively with all levels. Work with internal and external clients to defineproject scope.
• Author and garner approval of project plans, requirements or other documentation.
• Conduct or participate in user group and subject matter expert requirement gathering interviews.
• Provide guidance to user groups on defining scope and developing program requirements.
• Assess, rationalize and document business requirements and use cases.
• Communicate status updates and issues in a concise and timely manner

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required; a major in computer science, computer engineering, managementinformation systems (MIS) or a closely related field is preferred.
• At least four years’ experience performing a customer-facing Business Systems Analyst role withresponsibility for developing appropriately-detailed requirements for new processes, technologyselection, reports and/or interfaces.

Additional Qualifications:

• Clear understanding of standard industry Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology andrespective experience with its application in definition phases.
• Clear understanding of project management methodology and respective experience with itsapplication through full project lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience successfully defining and managing projects that drive positive results.
• Demonstrated ability to employ diplomacy and strategic thought leadership to effectively resolvechallenges and architect solutions.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with effective attention to detail.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• A team player yet an aggressive self-starter and change agent who needs little supervision andpossesses leadership characteristics with a strong commitment to his/her career.
• BS/BA Degree in Business Management, Information Technology or Computer Science preferred;Master’s Degree/MBA a plus.

2. IT Professional – Level 2

These skills are similar to that of a Report Analyst

Scope of Services:

• Writing reports using Microsoft Reporting Services or Crystal Reports
• Provide skills in writing reports against a data warehouse
• Development of complex queries, subforms/reports, sorting, sub and grand totals, parameter drivenqueries
• Working from specifications from Business Systems Analysts, Report and Data Owners in thedebugging and troubleshooting of data, universe or query issues
• Creating documentation of reports created for source code repository
• Creating reports from specifications created from IT, and customers in the areas of HR, Payroll andBenefits.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; a major in computer science, computer engineering, managementinformation systems (MIS) or a closely related field is preferred.
• 4 years report development experience using Crystal Reports, Microsoft Reporting Services or acombination
• At least 2 years of experience developing complex reports including one or more of the following:complex queries, subforms/reports, parameter driven queries and/or multiple data sources
• Experience developing reports for a large ERP project
• Experience developing reports for Government Finance/Procurement systems and associated datawarehouses.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in developing dashboards, SQL Data Models
• Experience using Business Objects and use of BI tools
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Experience operating as a member of a team
• Experience writing reports against a data warehouse
• Strong experience working with Business Systems Analysts, Report and Data Owners in thedebugging and troubleshooting of data, universe or query issues
• Strong documentation and source code repository tools skills
• A team player yet an aggressive self-starter and change agent who needs little supervision and possesses leadership characteristics with a strong commitment to his/her career.

3. IT Professional – Level 3

These skills are similar to that of a Developer

Scope of Services:

Working experience in the installation, troubleshooting, and management of C# utilizing ASP.NET

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years Programming Experience.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required, a major in computer science preferred.
• 1 year Experience developing utilizing C# and ASP.Net
• Minimum 3 years of experience utilizing .NET technologies.
• 3+ years of experience as a .NET Architect, programming services using C#, COM/DCOM.

Additional Qualifications:

• Provide Services of an industry defined Senior Software .NET Architect.
• Provide programming services using C#, COM/DCOM object use and development.
• Provide scripting language programming in Microsoft SQL.
• Provide Strong documentation and source code repository tools skills.
