The GOAL provides a benefits package designed to help ensure your physical and financial health. The GOAL benefits package includes:
401k
All contributions are pre-tax. Employees are eligible after one full month of employment with 1% employer contribution.
Healthcare
Carefirst HMO or PPO insurance with inpatient, outpatient and prescription coverage. Employees are eligible the 1st of the month after the month they start. The Goal contributes $200 towards the cost of the medical insurance.
Dental
Delta Dental insurance coverage. This is a separate insurance which may or may not be selected with or without medical insurance.
Vision
Carefirst Vision is included with all healthcare coverage at no additional cost.
Key Benefit Information
• Application must be made within the first 30 days of employment or during annual open enrollment period.
• “Qualifying Events” may allow employees to make changes during the plan year however an application must be submitted within 30 days of the qualified life event.
• Health, Dental and Vision premiums are paid on a pre-tax basis
