Candidate will be the Novell point person for testing and will have overall responsibility for reviewing and

reporting on all Novell related testing activities for the IWE workspace solution. They will perform initial problem

analysis, resolution if possible and escalation and coordination with Novell Support and Engineering to resolve

open issues. The project manager will assist with escalation and coordination with Novell Support and

Engineering.

The Global Audio Visual Manager will manage and maintain all equipment deployed within the global organization.  This role will also be required to manage the vendor relationship as well as work within the Telecom Team.  This role is a key contributor and technical lead on the Telecom team providing global support and requires a blending of superior technical skills and strong vendor management skills.  A high degree of flexibility and a strong desire to learn are essential for success in this role.

This position requires a minimum of ICIA CTS certification with experience with Polycom and Crestron equipment, preferably with experience in TelePresence with Polycom and/or Cisco solutions.  The network structure is a 99% Polycom environment, and as such the candidate must be fluid with Polycom system functionality and setup.  Knowledge of network traffic, with a willingness to work closely with other Telecom Team members to setup and verify proper QoS settings.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires flexibility and the ability to provide on-call coverage on a rotating basis.  The ability to work outside of business hours for upgrades is required.  Travel to remote sites including Europe and Asia regions is required 10% of the time.

Primary responsibilities involve web development for Department of Defense (DoD) client initiatives.  This includes GUI development and design, business objects and web services interfaces.
